Dublin

So I'm so lame the only thing I can think to blog about is my #1 all-time favorite hobby, TRAVEL. Lame lame lame I know, but that's all I really got. Oh and the fact that I miss C and that I'm looking forward to Skype-ing with my only and favorite two readers of this Blog! Ha ha . If it weren't for them, I would have just left my last post and forgotten about it.

So, in case you can't tell from the photos above, we booked our flights to Ireland in January. We found tickets for Pisa-Dublin, Dublin- Pisa on Ryanair for 120 euros total. Yes, people, that's roundtrip for two people for January 14-18. We will be going with our fun friends Mic-Kai, who is the not-blogger who drinks non-coffee for the blog "Un paio di scarpe rosse" on my left toolbar. :-)

As much as I complain about Ryanair, it still gets you from Point A to Point B for extremely cheap. I can deal with the lack of seat assignments and unorganization if I'm only paying 30 euros to fly from Italy to Ireland. You really can't beat it. I promise I won't even groan this time when I slide on my headphones in order to avoid listening to "Rocky" theme music they play to celebrate the land. (I'm sadly not kidding).

Regardless of how I'm getting there, I'm excited to visit the Guinness Factory and do some a day trip or two to Kilkenny or Glendalough to experience some of that famous Irish countryside (Thanks KK for the travel advice). Last time we went to Ireland in 2003, we visited the southwest region and saw Killarney, Galway and the countryside and coastline in between and I'm looking forward to seeing more in 2009.

You can thank Google Images for helping me find the lovely photo of the young lads sporting the Irish flag swimwear...patriotic lads, aren't they?

Okay I just thought of like three of other things I can blog about so hold on for more...urggh I better write them down before I forget..
