Weekend Junk

This weekend, we woke up to two wet and dreary days. We spent most of our time indoors, except for Friday night's pizza and then live music. We ventured out on Saturday to the supermarket and gym, but the majority of the time was spent relaxing at home.

There was a LOT of time spent "Interneting" from the comfort of our cozy bed.
C made spaghetti alle vongole (spaghetti with clams).

It was so yummy! (We are awful food photographers, by the way).

I spent some time reading up on Athens and our President.

I watched American Gangster on Saturday night. I gave it two thumbs up!

On Sunday I had some errands to run and am glad I got out of the house. If I didn't, I wouldn't have found this lovely mirror at the montly antique market. You can't tell in the picture, but it's red with gold borders. I think this makes mirror #6 or 7 for my collection. I adore the shape and size of it. The man told me that it's from the 1950's. I can't wait to hang it on my .. oh, wait.. my imaginary mirror collage wall.

I made these spring rolls on Saturday night. They are kind of long but you get the point. We put crab, lettuce, onion, and carrot in them.
