:) :) :) :) :) :) :)
This has been a super 24 hours. Yesterday I got a three week temp job (for a major retail corporation's corporate office. I don't want to disclose too much information about it on here. But I'm hoping I can swoon them with my hard work and hopefully get permanently hired).
Then, today we found an apartment and were approved... all by noon! It's a sa-wweet apartment: hardwood floors, bay windows, LOTS of space, THREE closets (two are walk-in), a garden/yard view.. the list goes on. We love the location; we're near downtown and in a cute neighborhood where there are tons of shops and restaurants. Now all we have to do is drive to Sacramento and Monterey, pick up all our crap, and then move in on Saturday!
Things are looking great so far in 2010! Which reminds me, I still need to upload pictures from New Year's Eve. But I'll get to that after we move in this weekend. SLASH whenever I get around to it. :)
