here in Florence: Antica Porta or Fuori Porta

in Dallas: Mi Cocina


3) What food could you eat for 2 weeks straight and not get sick of it?

sushi or pasta, it's a toss-up


4) What are your pizza toppings of choice?

I like simple margarita pizzas with just tomato and basil and sometimes arugula.

Or AP's burrata cheese and truffle oil pizza. *Yum*


5) What do you like to put on your toast?

either just jelly or I make cinnamon toast with butter, sugar, and cinnamon


6) How many televisions are in your house? Two.

7) What color cell phone do you have? Bright, sexy orange.


8) Are you right-handed or left-handed? Right.

9) Have you ever had anything removed from your body? Teeth and a muscle in my foot.


10) What is the last heavy item you lifted? a plant from our conference room and the free weights I lift at the gym.

11) Have you ever been knocked unconscious? No, but I've fainted like three times.

12) If it were possible, would you want to know the day you were going to die? No thank you.

13) If you could change your name, what would you change it to? Great question.. probably something cute and exquisite and something ending in an "a" like "Sofia" or "Stella."


14) Would you drink an entire bottle of hot sauce for $1000? No sir.


15) How many pairs of flip flops do you own? Two or three.

16) What’s your goal for the year? 1. To save an X amount of moolah and 2. to stay active in my fitness regimen the whole year long.

19) Favorite Season? Summer, without a doubt.

20) Favorite Holiday? My birthday.. oh wait that's not a holiday but I like to think it is. :) Christmas.

21) Favorite day of the week? Saturdays!

22) Favorite Month? I love May, June, July and August.

23) First place you went this morning? To the gym.

24) What's the last movie you saw? I started Seabiscuit the other night but didn't finish it.

25) Do you smile often? Yes, but I should probably smile more!

26) Do you always answer your phone? Yes!

27) It's four in the morning and you get a text message, who is it? Someone calling me from the U.S who isn't aware of the time difference?

28) If you could change your eye color what would it be? I wouldn't change my eye color but I guess if I had to I'd say green.

29) What flavor drink do you get at Sonic? I don't really.

30) Have you ever had a pet fish? Yes. I don't like fish really.

31) Favorite Christmas song? Aaron Neville's "Bells Will be Ringing"

32) What's on your wish list for your birthday? Hmm I still have a few months but since this year's my 30th and I'll be in Costa Rica, that's enough! Although it would be cool to sail through the trees on a zip line on the day of to celebrate!

33) Can you do push ups? Yes, the girl ones. :)

34) Can you do a chin up? Am not sure. Maybe one or two.

35) Does the future make you more nervous or excited? A nice mixture of both.

36) Do you have any saved texts? About ten or so..

37) Ever been in a car wreck? Yes, one when my grandma was driving and then a smaller one when I was behind the wheel.

38) Do you have an accent? I don't think so. A lot of people say it's pretty neutral but I know some words I say do show that I'm from Texas, ya'll.

39) What is the last song to make you cry? I can't remember to be honest... I'm thinking it's been at least 8 years since i've cried b/c of a song.

40) Plans tonight? Internet, maybe a movie, and a shower. I just finished dinner.

41) Have you ever felt like you hit rock bottom? No, luckily no.

42) Name 3 things you bought yesterday. Cheese, M&M's (sorry, only bought two things!)

43) Have you ever been given roses? Yes, I love getting flowers. A nice meal cooked by C also does the trick. :)

44) Current hate right now? My monthly migraines. Unbearable.

45) Met someone who changed your life? Yes, of course.

46) How did you bring in the New Year? With my honey and best friends at our friend's awesome house party in San Francisco.

47) What is your dream job? A famous singer or actress.
