It's been over a month since my last post. We were on vacation for three marvelous weeks but since Friday we have been back in the swing of things in Florence!The photo from above is just one of my favorite memories from our three week gala. This photo was taken about thirty minutes before we ziplined through the rainforest! YES the rainforest! We zoomed over a never-ending river, flied through lush trees and valleys, and even were lucky enough to have poo thrown at us by a monkey.
Not only that, but within those twelve vacation days in Costa Rica we also saw two whales breach, paid off a corrupt policeman, watch a turtle lay eggs on our hotel beach (!), quasi- communicated (with the help of our guide) with a family of monkeys while aboard an inflatable boat on a swampy river, AND saw tons of exotic reptiles such as iguanas and twiggy-insects.
Some things to look forward to this fall:
Our move on November 20th! We are moving to San Francisco in 84 days. Well, that's when we at least fly to Texas and start packing before we schlep all our belongings across the country in a UHAUL.
Paris. Yes we are going to one of our favorite cities in Europe, again. We leave in just 28 days! It will just be a Thursday-Monday trip, but we are looking forward to it!
That is about it. We are trying to take everything in during these last few months here. More to come on our trip and other shenanigans. Ciao!

u seriously need to meet up with my artist in san francisco sister when you get there. she's lonely and desperate for friends. she has a baby but that'll be good practice for you! *wink*
