New Year's Eve dress #2

I think I might like this dress better than my first NYE dress purchase! (You can see a picture of the first dress on this post). I really wanted something with sleeves since it will be cold in San Francisco. Plus, I love this bold shade of blue! I'm going to try on both when I get home and return whichever one I don't choose for the 2009 bash. Ah, Thank God for good ol' American return policies. I found this great buy on Express. I hadn't shopped there in a really long time and was surprised by how many cute, festive dresses they had! Which dress do you like better? The red or the blue one?
